The newly built apartment is located in the new street near the town centre, it is 2 minutes walking distance from the main entrence of the open-air bath, from the rheumatology hospital, from Spar supermarket, from ice-bars and restaurants. The apartment house ensures pleasant relaxation for families and various friendly societies. The 80 m2 sized apartment contains 2 bedrooms, a living room with American style kitchen, separate toilet, a bathroom /shower, bidet, washbasin, hairdryer, wardrobe/. Kitchen part: built-in gas cooker, oven, fridge, big freezer, chrome steel dishes, 2 types of coffee makers, microwave oven, hot sandwich toaster, toaster, water heater etc. In the living room you can find an opening corner sofa, LDC television, DVD player, CD player with radio. The apartment can hold 4-6 persons.
The apartments on the first floor (marked as 2.Ap. and 3.Ap. in the pictures) are 60 m2 sized, each of them have 2 terraces and 2 bedrooms, separate toilets, a bathroom /shower, washbasin, hairdryer/, a living room with American style kitchen set up for self-supporting like the apartment on the ground floor /without oven/, with a corner and a simple opening sofa for 2 persons, LCD television, DVD player, CD player with radio. The apartment can hold 4-6 persons.
The apartment on the second floor (marked as 4.Ap. in the pictures) is 80 m2 sized, it has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom /toilet, washbasin, shower, hairdryer/, without terrace. Both rooms are equipped with an LCD television, a DVD player, a CD player with radio. The kitchen is equipped like the apartment on the ground floor, without oven. One room has 3 beds, the other has 2, plus an opening sofa for 2 persons. The apartment can accommodate 5-7 persons.
Our backyard apartment (marked as 5.Ap. in the pictures) can hold 2+2 persons, it is 40 m2 sized, contains a bedroom with mattress, a living room with an opening sofa suitable for 2 persons, LCD television, DVD player, CD player with radio, a kitchenette with ceramic oven etc., equipped like the apartment on the ground floor. The apartment has an immediate connection to the backyard, a bathroom /shower, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer/.

Internet access is available in each apartment.
